At Wolli, we design products to be simple, thoughtful, and made to last. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right—quickly.

Returns & Exchanges

We currently don’t offer returns.

However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’re happy to send a replacement.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no cost.

Please contact us at contact@mywolli.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A few clear photos of the item and packaging

This helps us resolve things quickly and get a replacement on the way.

Replacement Process

  • Once your request is reviewed, we’ll confirm eligibility and ship a replacement
  • In some cases, we may ask for the original item to be returned before processing

Shipping & Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost due to a carrier issue, we’ll work with you to resolve it and may offer a replacement or store credit.

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled.

Additional Notes

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • We may request photos to verify any issues
  • To keep things fair for everyone, we reserve the right to decline requests in cases of misuse
